What changed in Servora

VAT by country and new Settings

Servora now calculates with the VAT rates of your company's country, and the Settings page has been completely redesigned.

New

• Standard and reduced VAT rates for all 27 EU member states, offered by your company's country on work orders, quotes and inventory.
• VAT-free (small business exempt / not VAT-registered) mode in every country, with the local note on documents.
• Redesigned Settings: summary card, side navigation, grouped sections and a comfortable mobile view.
• Decimal VAT rates (e.g. 9.5%, 5.5%) shown and calculated precisely.
• Email log: messages are shown exactly as the recipient sees them, with desktop and mobile preview.
• Full English interface; quotes, work orders and customer emails can be sent in the customer's language.

Fixed

• Licences: the "Add to cart" button on plan cards is no longer cut off on smaller screens.
• Security: temporary passwords are no longer stored in the email log.
• Campaigns: preview and test sending of the new templates fixed.
• Diesel fuel is consistently named "Diesel" in English and "Gázolaj" in Hungarian, also when scanning registration certificates.
• Website: faster loading (WebP images, compression) and stronger spam protection on the contact form.

Unified company details, tax settings and detailed net–VAT–gross calculation.

• Detailed company data: legal name, registered office, tax number, EU VAT number, registration number.
• VAT-registered and VAT-exempt operation, with net or gross price entry.
• Quotes, work orders and PDFs with line-by-line net–VAT–gross breakdown.
• Goods receipts calculate net, VAT and gross values per line.
